Exchange or Return of Goods
At Gadget City, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you can request an exchange or return within 7 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, in its original packaging, and with all accessories/documents included.
Exchange: Replace your product with another item of equal or higher value (price difference applies).
Return: Get a refund as per our refund policy, once the returned product is inspected and approved.
Exceptions: Certain items such as personal care products, software, or products with physical damage caused after delivery may not be eligible.

The product is not accepted back if at least one of the components is missing:
Seal packed (unopened and untampered)
In brand-new condition without any signs of use
Free from scratches, dents, or physical damage
Returned with all original accessories (charger, cable, earphones, etc.)
Returned with user manual, warranty card, and other documents
In its original box/packaging without damage or missing parts
