Exchange or Return of Goods

Customers have the right to request a return or cancellation of an order placed at a distance within 14 days after receiving the product, provided the item meets the eligibility criteria.

To ensure the right of return is maintained, the product must be kept in its original condition, including original packaging, accessories, and invoice. Customers are encouraged to handle the product carefully while inspecting its features and functionality.

If the product is damaged, defective, or destroyed without any fault from the customer, the return request will still be considered based on evaluation. Any minor reduction in value caused by opening the package or checking the product’s functionality will not automatically cancel the customer’s right to request a refund or return.

All return requests will be reviewed according to Gadget City’s return policy and applicable terms.

Return Conditions & Refund Policy

The product will not be accepted for return if any of the following items are missing:

  • Full original product package and all included accessories
  • Receipt or proof of purchase from Gadget City
  • Warranty card
  • Service report or defect description issued by the authorized service department (if applicable)

All returned products must be complete and in original condition as delivered.

Once the return is approved, the refund will be processed within the timeframe defined by the prevailing laws and regulations of Nepal. The refund will be issued through the original payment method or as mutually agreed with the customer.

Then the question arises: where’s the content? Not there yet? That’s not so bad, there’s dummy copy to the rescue. But worse, what if the fish doesn’t fit in the can, the foot’s to big for the boot? Or to small? To short sentences, to many headings, images too large for the proposed design, or too small, or they fit in but it looks iffy for reasons.

A client that's unhappy for a reason is a problem, a client that's unhappy though he or her can't quite put a finger on it is worse. Chances are there wasn't collaboration, communication, and checkpoints, there wasn't a process agreed upon or specified with the granularity required. It's content strategy gone awry right from the start. If that's what you think how bout the other way around? How can you evaluate content without design? No typography, no colors, no layout, no styles, all those things that convey the important signals that go beyond the mere textual, hierarchies of information, weight, emphasis, oblique stresses, priorities, all those subtle cues that also have visual and emotional appeal to the reader.
